IMS bearing and bore scoring (996 / 997.1 / Boxster / Cayman)
The two conversations every M96/M97 owner has. We inspect for IMS bearing wear, scope cylinders for scoring on cars with the symptoms, and explain the replacement options plainly — including when the honest answer is to leave a healthy car alone.
Coolant pipes and water pumps (Cayenne, Panamera)
Pressed-in coolant pipes on the V8s and plastic thermostat housings are known weak points. We pressure-test and replace with the updated aluminum parts.
PCCB inspection
Carbon-ceramic rotors are not measured by thickness — they are weighed and inspected to Porsche procedure. We do it right and give you the numbers, so you are not sold rotors you do not need.
PDK and Tiptronic service
Fluid and filter on the schedule, with the adaptation values reset. A PDK that shudders at low speed usually wants a service, not a transmission.
Air-cooled valve adjustments and leaks
993s, 964s and earlier still get the valve adjustment done the old way, and we chase the chain-box and valve-cover leaks these cars are known for.
Over-rev reports before you buy
On a pre-purchase inspection we pull the over-rev ranges from the DME, which tells you how the car was driven more honestly than any seller will.
The same standard for every car
